Sourcing change and change management
Sourcing success is directly related to much of what we cannot quantify as easily
How fast can we move? How we should deal with stakeholders? Which provider is most closely aligned with the way we work? What intangibles should we consider in the selection process? How do we grow our sourced footprint?
Cloud business services
With such a strong focus on organizations moving core business processes to the cloud (underpinned by SaaS, PaaS and IaaS solutions and standards, and supported by BPO services)
HfS will build on its 2010 study with the Outsourcing Unit at the London School of Economics
Outsourcing market forecasting analytics and price benchmarking
HfS is producing quarterly market size and forecast models to provide research clients with outsourcing market data across industries, regions, and business processes
HfS analysts are also working with multiple industry stakeholders to develop the industry's first realistic transaction-based BPO pricing model
