In addition to gaining access to our full range of published research for one year (see our Research Agenda), clients can select a mixture of analyst strategy sessions and inquiry time (“units”), which gives you the ability to make us an ongoing strategic partner to you and your executive team. 

Additional analyst inquiry units or strategy sessions can be purchased over the course of the relationship as needed.

Analyst Inquiry Units
One unit is equivalent to one hour of one-on-one interaction with an HfS Research analyst. You can use inquiry time to support market landscape analysis, market strategy, positioning, competitive intelligence, and best practices discussions. You also can use analyst units for competitive inquiry, marketing collateral review, market dynamics briefings, and sales development conversations. In addition, you can use these units to prepare for strategy sessions, to proactively brief us on your offerings, to hold in-person meetings or meetings with us at industry conferences or events.  Note that strategy meetings can be no longer than four hours and discussions at international locations will require different allocation of units.

Analyst Strategy Sessions
All HfS Research strategy sessions can run up to four hours and are conducted at a site that is "local" to the analyst team. A session in an alternative location requires an up-charge to cover additional time and travel costs. Topics for strategy sessions must be agreed on at least two weeks before the date of each session, and clients may use up to four analyst inquiry units to help prepare for each session.
