Sudhanshu Saxena

Sudhanshu Saxena is a Contributing Analyst. He covers Price Benchmarking and other research areas.
 
Previously, he worked for four and a half years at the Everest Group, a research and consulting firm focused on the outsourcing and offshoring market. During that time, he covered many research areas and also held multiple positions. In his most recent role as a Senior Research Analyst, he covered the HR BPO market. His projects spanned from supplier expansion strategy support and price benchmarking to market research covering Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Benefits Administration Outsourcing, Payroll Administration Outsourcing, Learning Services Outsourcing, and others. During this time he co-authored several market research reports and whitepapers. His articles have been featured in HROtoday. He also played an instrumental role in developing Everest's transaction intelligence web tool and was the co-founder of the training team at the India office. Before Everest, Sudhanshu worked briefly as an Internal Auditor at Grant Thornton, Delhi, and as a volunteer at Scottish Youth Hostels Association (SYHA), Scotland.
 
Sudhanshu has a Bachelors in Economics from Hans Raj College, Delhi University and has also cleared level 1 of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program conducted by the CFA Institute, USA. He is currently pursuing a full-time MBA from Manchester Business School, UK and has achieved a distinction in the MBA diploma stage.  His core subjects include Strategy, M&A, Marketing, and DICE (Designing Internationally Competitive Enterprises).
 
Like a true Indian, Sudhanshu loves to watch and play cricket. He also is an avid traveller, likes hiking as well as reading online articles on economic policies and other macro-economic developments.
