Nigel Edwards

Nigel Edwards is Chief Client Officer at HFS Research. He works closely with the CEO and the Leadership team to set the strategy for collaborating with our clients to help them achieve their business goals.  Nigel oversees client relationships across all new and existing accounts, and works with the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Research Officer to ensure that we bring the best of our capabilities behind our clients’ agendas.

Further, Nigel will take a lead on the following Research Agendas:

  1. Insurance co-lead with Reetika Flemming – where he brings multiple years of sell-side, investment, and Board roles in the sector
  2. Digital Transformation Leader focusing on the strategy, sourcing, planning, and execution for corporate change programs.

Nigel is a recognized leader in the global services industry, with a 30-year career spanning business consulting, IT, and business processes services.  Before joining HFS, Nigel held partner positions in PwC and Accenture and SVP roles in Cognizant, Wipro, and EXL where he has a double-digit growth track record in P&L leadership, and where he has concluded multi-billion dollar deals in consulting, implementation and outsourcing engagements.

Nigel brings a wealth of experience across many industry sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, Consumer Goods, Pharma, Retail, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

Nigel holds a BSc. Hons in European Political History from Brunel University, UK, and he holds a number of investment and NED roles.  He lives in Epping Forest with his wife, 3 boys, dog and hamster.  Outside of work he can be found in the garden, in the gym, listening to indie & alternative music, and chauffeuring his children.
