Sarah Thomas is Chief Strategy Officer at HFS Research. She works closely with the CEO and Chief Research Officer to set the strategic agenda for HFS Research and oversees Marketing and Sales integration to ensure the strongest market positioning and business impact for HFS Research. She also works with the CEO on ad hoc strategic projects for HFS Research and clients, as needed.
Sarah is a recognized leader in the global services industry, with a 25-year career spanning business consulting, and business processes services and a track record of value-driven success. Before joining HFS, Sarah led Accenture’s global Executive Positioning practice and company-wide Industry Analyst Relations program. She also served as Chief Marketing Officer for Accenture’s Business Process Services business for 15 years and was responsible for driving market-leading positioning of the business as Accenture Operations.
Sarah brings a wealth of marketing and communication, content development, strategic brand positioning and business transformation skills to the HFS team.
Sarah holds a BSc. Hons in Microbiology & Biology and a PhD. in Molecular Virology from Warwick University, UK. She lives in London, has a passion for fashion and is a keen amateur sailor. She also hits the gym or ballroom dance floor to wind down. Sarah is a Non-Executive Director of Montessori St. Nicholas where she serves as Deputy Chair of the Board.
