The HfS Blueprint for Design Thinking in the As-a-Service Economy is the first application of the HfS Blueprint methodology in the business process and IT services market for this approach in client engagements.


Today’s challenge is not only identifying what the future of operations should look like, it is developing and adhering to a new and collaborative way to re-imagine processes in order to explore what’s possible and execute it.


Through this Blueprint, we explore the journey in the industry to adopting and executing new ways to collaborate and innovate using Design Thinking.
