Back in 2016, HFS introduced the concept of the Digital OneOffice – an operating model where enterprises do away with the siloed constructs of the front, middle, and back office, and instead focus on the end customer, stitching data, process chains, and technology layers to create smarter operations that deliver the best employee and customer experience.
HFS sees a New Dawn emerging for this digital, connected enterprise when the fog of 2020 eventually clears. The hands of global organizations have been forced to embrace digital and virtual means of operating and they do not intend to go back.
In fact, in the KPMG 2020 CEO Outlook, when asked about the impact of the pandemic on enterprise digital transformation, 74 percent of those surveyed indicated that the digitization of operations and the creation of a next-generation operating model has been an impact of COVID 19.
In other words, there is increasingly no choice involved in digital transformation decisions, and an opportunity to realign operating models that put to rest our existing technical and process debt.
Attend this critical webinar as we examine the challenges of incremental operational transformation and the vision for the next five years. We’ll be joined by KPMG’s Jorge Blanco and Ankit Jain who’ll share their perspectives and leading practices for realigning operating models to deliver on the OneOffice promise, with real world examples.
This session covers:
Moderator: Saurabh Gupta, Chief Research Officer, HFS
Jorge Blanco, Principal, Advisory, KPMG US
Ankit Jain, Director, Solutions and Business Development, KPMG LLP
Reetika Fleming, VP of Research, HFS
