USG Boral Greasing the IT Wheels With Focus on Business Outcomes
In the HfS Blueprint Report: SuccessFactors Services 2016, we outlined trends in service delivery and profiled thirteen of the leading service providers in this dynamic market segment. SuccessFactors services is a fast growth area. The service providers who participated in the Blueprint indicated that their SuccessFactors service practice grew on average 45% last year and they expect similar aggressive growth next year.
