Vision 2020 For Intelligent Operations: Making the Digital Customer Real

Using recent research from HfS into the "Intelligent OneOffice" as the starting point, the Vision 2020 San Francisco Summit explored how digital and automation will drive the move to OneOffice and the As-a-Service Economy. The HfS team unveiled data from our new "Intelligent Operations" study of 370 major enterprises, which showed how current trends will force ambitious enterprises to phase out siloed legacy "middle/back office" practices and design a unified operating model called OneOffice.​

 

The Summit showed how our industry is firmly in transition and how companies can create new opportunities, get ahead of the change and embrace disruption. ​
