HfS Strengthens Its Global Analyst Team with five senior analyst hires

London and Boston (October 11, 2017) - HfS Research, the leading analyst firm covering digital business operations and disruptive technologies, has significantly expanded its world class team of industry analysts.

 

 

Elena Christopher joins as Vice President, Industry Research with specific focus on hi-tech and banking sectors. Elena brings more than 20 years of IT and business process services expertise to HfS, and most recently led Strategy and Portfolio for Conduent’s (formerly Xerox Services) Commercial business. Her previous roles include Vice President, Research & Analytics at OfficeTiger/RR Donnelley, where she built one of the first successful offshore Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) practices; and Global Research Director, Gartner, where she provided research and advisory services to consumers and purveyors of IT and business process services.

 

   
John O’Brien joins as Research Director, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Customer Experiences, where he is driving HfS’ research to assess the leading RPA vendors to support enterprise decision making, alongside analysing the adoption and disruption of RPA by IT service suppliers. A respected industry analyst with over 15 years’ experience, John’s deep understanding of the business process services (BPS) and IT services markets comes from senior analyst positions in Ovum, Datamonitor/ComputerWire and most recently TechMarketView, where he was research director for BPS.

 

   
Saurabh Gupta joins as Chief Strategy Officer and oversees HfS’ global research function managing the global team of analysts across US, Europe, and Asia-Pac. He works closely with the CEO to set the strategic research focus and agenda for HfS Research. Saurabh brings 15 years of experience across enterprise client, provider, advisory, and analyst roles, including leading strategy for Genpact’s CFO and transformation services, helping shape the Business Process Services (BPS) strategy for AbbVie, and managing Everest Group’s global BPS practice.

 

   
Suvradeep Bhattacharjee joins as Research Director, Market Insight and Data Solutions with specific responsibility for managing the HfS services contracts database and supporting HfS’ data products. With over 15 years industry experience, working at industry analyst firms Ovum, Frost and Sullivan and NelsonHall.  Suvradeep has also worked for Amdocs, British Telecom and Cognizant.

 

   
Ollie O’Donoghue joins as Senior Analyst, IT Services research, building on his prior experience as the Head of Research for the Service Desk Institute (SDI), an independent organization committed to providing IT Service and Support Organisations with the resources to deliver greater business value.
