Vice President, Global Business Development
Steven Taelman is Vice President, Global Business Development and is part of the commercial team at HFS. Steven supports key global relationships with leading service providers and buyers of business processes, intelligent automation and outsourcing services.
With more than 20 years of business development and account management experience, in roles covering the Benelux, the UK and global markets, Steven has worked with a wide variety of multinational and blue-chip organizations in sectors including IT Services, Semiconductors and Hospitality.
Steven brings to HFS considerable knowledge and strong relationships within the analyst and advisor relations sectors. As Client Director at NelsonHall for 2.5 years, he was responsible for renewing and growing research revenues with the leading global vendors of IT and Business Process Services. Before that, he held several commercial roles at Gartner and was a three-time achiever of the coveted Winners' Circle.
A Belgian national, Steven lives with his family in Berkshire, UK. In his spare time, he appreciates a quality beer, attends his local gym and enjoys swimming and amateur photography.
