Advice for Workday Service Providers and Buyers

Enterprises are focused on simplifying their application environments and at the same time face pressures to meet the dynamic needs of business managers. SaaS applications are increasingly popular because of their promised ease of use and quick deployment cycles. Customers are realizing the importance of using a service provider for assistance not just for deployment but also for post go-­live support services. The success of a Workday deployment, as with any SaaS application, goes beyond the technical implementation. It depends on the enterprise’s ability to understand the organizational change management requirements to ensure adoption and satisfaction. After all, the success of any application is measured by whether it is actually used. Workday service providers can help enterprises understand the technical and organizational implications of using Workday.
