Tarini Mehta

Tarini Mehta is the Head of Sales Operations at HFS Research, where she leads global commercial strategy and sales governance and manages ecosystem partnerships.

She brings extensive experience across research advisory and enterprise technology, with particular expertise in sales operations design, alliance strategy, pipeline governance, and account expansion. Working closely with clients, she helps align go-to-market priorities with measurable commercial outcomes, bringing clarity and discipline to complex sales environments.

Prior to joining HFS, Tarini spent more than a decade at Information Services Group (ISG), where she advanced to Director of Research Sales, leading global portfolios and expanding enterprise partnerships. Earlier in her career, she held commercial roles at Adobe, Oracle’s MySQL global business unit, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she helped build a strong foundation in enterprise sales and operational rigor.

Tarini firmly believes that sustainable growth is built through clarity, accountability, and trust. She is particularly interested in how AI-led transformation and ecosystem partnerships are reshaping commercial operating models and how organizations can translate insights into execution at scale.

Outside of work, Tarini finds grounding in yoga and meditation, joy in traveling, and perspective in spending time with her daughter.
