In this HFS Videocast, Rohan Kulkarni, Practice Leader, Healthcare at HFS, talks with Dave Kerrigan, CEO at BenefitPitch about self-insured employers have an opportunity to address health in America.

More employers are underwriting the medical risks of their employees but are abdicating their responsibilities beyond that by outsourcing services to health plans. Despite being in the driver’s seat, self-insured employers are not addressing the underlying health and healthcare needs of their employees.
