NASSCOM’S $50 Billion Dollar Ambition

HfS attended and presented at the NASSCOM BPM Strategy Summit 2014 held in Bangalore at the ITC Gardenia on 16-17th of September. Overall attendance was strong across the industry and there was a sense of optimism and ambition in the air as participants shared their thoughts on what it will take to grow Indian Business Process Management (BPM) exports from the current value of $20 billion to $50 billion by 2020. We have identified a number of topics that came up throughout the Summit which can define the future growth potential for the Indian BPM industry as well as being areas on the front line in this transition from “lights on outsourcing” to “progressive outsourcing”.
