Supply Chain Management Business Process Outsourcing (SCM BPO) is a relatively new process offering area in the BPO marketplace. In this paper we looked into the different operational pain points that SCM BPO can address for clients of all sizes from Global 2000 Multinationals (MNCs) to domestic small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) to help better illustrate why we believe this is a highly attractive process area for BPO. This paper sets the stage for our soon to be forthcoming HfS Blueprint which covers the SCM BPO market.
