Highlights from this executive roundtable

HFS Research and Infosys convened leaders from manufacturing, supply chain, global business services (GBS), decision science, technology, and transformation functions to discuss the changing role of operations in life sciences.

  4. Partnerships will play a critical role in future success. Participants explored how technology providers, business service providers, and ecosystem partners can help accelerate transformation and bring new capabilities to life sciences organizations.
  5. There is much to learn from other industries. Leaders discussed lessons from sectors that have already advanced their operational transformation journeys, identifying both successful practices and common pitfalls to avoid.
