This award spotlights AI-native challengers reshaping services from the ground up. Strong submissions will:

• Show how the solution was designed from inception to be AI-led, outcome-driven, and highly adaptive.
• Highlight agility, scalability, and differentiation from legacy service or software models.
• Provide metrics or proof points that demonstrate rapid growth, adoption, or market traction.

This category recognizes Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or Global Business Services (GBS) units that are redefining enterprise enablement through AI-driven delivery. Strong submissions will:

• Highlight initiatives where GCC/GBS moved beyond labor-arbitrage to AI-driven models.
• Show how reusable IP, automation, or AI-led customization improved enterprise outcomes.
• Provide examples of how the transformation positioned the GCC/GBS as a true innovation hub for the enterprise.
