Anirudh is the OneOffice Operations Leader at HFS Research, where he leads the end-to-end execution lifecycle—aligning commercial pipeline data, analyst capacity, and operational milestones to ensure seamless global service delivery and revenue realization.
In addition to his global operations mandate, Anirudh serves as a Board Member for HFS Research India Private Ltd overseeing statutory compliance, corporate tax transfer pricing frameworks, and regional cost-center base values.
Anirudh brings over 16 years of cross-industry expertise from global brands including Capgemini, KPMG, Henkel, and JP Morgan. He specializes in standardizing complex enterprise workflows, identifying productivity bottlenecks, and driving digital transformation initiatives. He holds a certification with distinction in Business Technology and Innovation with AI from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
Anirudh lives in Visakhapatnam with his family—father to two energetic kids, Adhya & Kushal. When he isn't managing global enterprise operations, he doubles as the resident IT department and lead technician for his mother, an advocate, managing everything tech-related for her practice.
