Before her role at HFS Research, she held leadership positions at Unisys and Info-Tech Research Group, driving impactful research and consulting initiatives in IT strategy, digital transformation, and innovation management across public and private sectors.
Dana holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Anthropology from University College London, UK. Her unique educational foundation and extensive IT expertise enable her to deliver human-centered technology solutions that create intuitive and inclusive experiences.
