Merly is an account manager at HFS Research, working with both services / technology providers and enterprise buyers. This position enables Merly to understand the needs and ambitions of both providers and buyers and align HFS services and solutions to those needs and ambitions to deliver value.
Merly has been in the research for 11 years now, spending 8 of those as a Senior Customer Success Manager – APAC, handling a portfolio of IT companies. While also working as a trusted advisor to clients and supported them with advisory solutions.
Born in Saudi Arabia and brought up in Delhi, Merly has lived most of her life there, she has recently shifted to Dubai.
