• Deloitte advances its Oracle consulting capabilities by acquiring a Philippines service provider Focus IT. Deloitte made its second acquisition this month, The Working Group to bolster its Digital and Cloud transformation capabilities.
• Post the acquisition of Salesforce Gold partners Eagle Creek and Edifixo in Dec, Atos continues to further enhance its Salesforce implementation capabilities by acquiring a Dutch-based Salesforce Platinum Partner Profit4SF.
• Infosys BPM acquired business and underwriting platform from STEP Solutions Group to enhance its industry-leading VPAS® policy administration platform to offer end-to-end business solutions in the North American insurance market
• Accenture acquired Imaginea and Infinity Works to enhance its Cloud Offerings and Engineering Capabilities. Accenture made its further investments in enhancing its e-commerce expertise and Change Management Capabilities with the acquisition of Businet System and Future State respectively.
• AppGyver, a Finnish no-code developer firm was acquired by SAP to expand its no-code capabilities and its offerings in the area of business process intelligence.
• HPE acquires CloudPhysics, a cloud intelligence platform to reimagines its customer and partner experience with software and data-driven insights
• Autodesk acquired Innovyze, a water infrastructure software company for $1 Billion. This acquisition positions Autodesk as a technology leader in end-to-end water infrastructure solutions from design to operations.
