• Mindtree acquired NxT Digital Business Unit of L&T, to bolsters it’s cloud based IoT and AI platform for Industry 4.0.
• Post the acquisition of 7Summits in January, IBM continued to makes its investment on building its Salesforce consulting and Design Capabilities by a leading Salesforce Consulting Partner in Europe, Waeg.
• EY acquired SuMO IT Solutions, a Canadian-owned ServiceNow ELITE Services & Sales partner to enhance its ServiceNow expertise and expand its geographical footprint in Canada.
• Cisco acquired a Risk-Based Vulnerability Management Software company Kenny Security. With this acquisition, Cisco will enhances its security control and performance management capabilities by combining its SecureX platform with Kenny’s technologies.
• Cisco made its another investment in this month on Webex offerings by acquiring Socio labs and Slido. These acquisitions will enable Cisco to provide a enriched hybrid event management solution.
• Multibook’s SAP global services line was acquired by Capgemini to accelerate it’s SAP capabilities in Japan and Southeast Asia.
• EPAM acquired Israel based White Hat and Netherland based Just BI to bolster its cybersecurity and data analytics capabilities respectively.
• NTT Data acquired Nexient to enhance its application development and modernization capabilities. This acquisition augment NTT DATA’s differentiating transformation, modernization and cloud app development experience.
