• Accenture continued to invest in bolstering its cloud-first capabilities with its acquisition of Headspring and AFD.Tech. Later in the month, it acquired Zestgroup to enhance its ability to help clients build a more trusted, circular, and net-zero value chain, achieving a more sustainable future.
• Atos acquired Appcentrica to strengthen its foothold in Canada, enhancing its Salesforce and cloud capabilities. It also acquired Cloudreach to accelerate its multi-cloud and security capabilities.
• Automation Anywhere acquired FortressIQ, a process intelligence software company, to advance its AI-powered intelligent automation platform with process discovery, intelligence, and optimization capabilities.
• CGI acquired Australian technology consultancy and system integrator Unico to strengthen its footprint in the Australian market. This acquisition enhances its capabilities in secure and flexible end-to-end services, including business and strategic consulting.
• Cognizant enhanced its digital product engineering capabilities with the acquisition of Devbridge, a US-based custom software design and development company.
