The HFS Services-as-Software™ Awards were created to recognize the organizations moving beyond traditional software and labor-based services to deliver technology-enabled, outcome-focused enterprise solutions.
The inaugural 2026 awards attracted more than 250 submissions across four categories. Following an evaluation and voting process involving HFS analysts and members of the HFS Global Advisory Board, 31 nominations advanced as finalists, and first-, second-, and third-place winners were named in each category.
This webinar brings together the top three winners in the Best Services-as-Software Transformation and Best Services Eating Software categories. These companies are participating because their award-winning entries demonstrated how technology, data, domain expertise, and services can be combined to redesign delivery and create measurable enterprise value.
Best Services-as-Software Transformation recognizes end-to-end transformations that put the Services-as-Software model into practice. Best Services Eating Software recognizes service-led models that embed software and AI capabilities directly into how outcomes are delivered.

HFS will examine the decisions, obstacles, and lessons behind the winning work, including where established operating models had to change, how impact was measured, and what other enterprise leaders can learn from these approaches.
