Atos and Xerox have announced a significant new deal where Atos acquires Xerox's ITO business and a multi-year services contract to Xerox to help grow it's North American presence and build further global scale in ITO delivery. Xerox receives cash, the removal of the distraction of the ITO business from it's BPO and Document Management services portfolio and a strategic opportunity to make additional investments that will move Xerox further into the "As-a-Service Economy."
