Abhishek Mundra

Abhishek Mundra is an Associate Practice Leader at HFS Research, bringing a distinctive blend of strategic advisory, market intelligence, and commercial consulting expertise. His focus areas include workforce capabilities, operating models, and uncovering how AI is reshaping work. He also closely tracks the evolution of technology services, from cloud-native strategies to platform-based delivery models. With his deep experience in pricing strategy, competitive positioning, and value-led differentiation, Abhishek advises enterprises and service providers on sharpening their market narratives and driving business outcomes.

Prior to joining HFS Research, Abhishek served as Assistant Director at EY, where he partnered closely with deal teams and commercial leaders across the Americas to design pricing strategies, strengthen competitive intelligence, and craft compelling value propositions for complex, large-scale pursuits. Before EY, he spent more than six years at Everest Group, progressing to Practice Director and leading advisory and research across enterprise platforms, including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft. He also played a pivotal role in building and scaling the retail and CPG practice, advising clients on platform strategy, vendor selection, and operating model optimization.

Abhishek holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from IIT BHU and an MBA from IIM Lucknow. Based in Gurgaon, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing chess and badminton in his leisure time.
