Aubrey Halverson is Chief Marketing Officer at HFS Research, where she leads the firm's growth strategy, brand, corporate communications, events, and go-to-market initiatives. As a member of the executive leadership team, she works across research, sales, and operations to strengthen HFS's market influence, deepen client engagement, and translate the firm's intellectual property into measurable commercial growth. She is responsible for shaping how HFS is positioned in the market and ensuring a consistent brand experience across research, digital channels, executive events, media, and thought leadership.
With nearly two decades of executive marketing leadership across technology, healthcare, and financial services, Aubrey brings deep experience spanning B2B, B2C, and B2B2C business models. Her career includes senior leadership roles within enterprise organizations, along with consulting engagements supporting enterprise advisory firms and early-stage startups, giving her a well-rounded perspective on what scales, what breaks, and what actually moves buyers in complex markets. An entrepreneurial, outcomes-focused leader, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build brands, influence markets, and deliver measurable business impact.
Aubrey holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Journalism from Iowa State University.
Outside of work, Aubrey is a passionate adventure traveler. Her pursuits have taken her from summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro to living and working alongside women entrepreneurs in Tanzania, experiences that continue to shape how she approaches leadership, challenges, and what's possible.
