Associate Practice Leader
Hridika Biswas is an Associate Practice Leader at HFS Research. She joined the team in 2021 and her key coverage areas include business services (F&A, S2P), process intelligence, intelligent document processing, and automation. Her interests include analyzing how emerging tech enables enterprises to reach their transformation goals.
Hridika's background includes seven years of experience in quantitative research and analysis with Kantar. She also serviced British American Tobacco, catering to the company's primary and secondary research needs worldwide. Her primary responsibilities included end-to-end research planning and execution, web-based client presentations, and international in-person presentations in Egypt, Turkey, and Spain. She has also provided training sessions for clients on data analysis tools, including onsite training sessions for BAT in Vietnam.
Hridika earned an MBA in marketing from IBS Hyderabad and a bachelor's degree in commerce from JD Birla Institute in Kolkata.
Her mantra is to be happy and spread smiles and positivity to everyone she meets and interacts with. Hridika believes that a day without laughter is a day wasted. In her spare time, she loves to travel to new and unique places and cook and bake for family and friends. She also loves singing and reading different genres of books. On weekends, Hridika likes visiting new eateries and cafes in town and watching movies.
