Perlina Garcia is an Integrated Marketing Specialist at HFS Research, focused on building cohesive, insight-driven marketing strategies that connect ideas to the right audiences in meaningful ways. She translates complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives that resonate across channels, with a strong foundation in data, storytelling, and digital marketing.
With a background in marketing, analytics, and operations, Perlina approaches marketing as both a science and an art. She studied Biomedical Sciences, completing her degree ahead of schedule, an experience that sharpened her analytical thinking, and deepened her understanding of human behavior. That foundation continues to shape how she interprets data, builds strategy, and creates meaningful audience connections.
Outside of work, Perlina draws inspiration from experiences that highlight the power of connection and community. One of her favorite trips was to Hawaii, where she watched a humpback whale surface, saw sea turtles up close, and experienced a culture rooted in preservation and community, and enjoyed some seriously good poke nachos and mango coconut shaved ice. She also enjoys playing chess, bringing a mindset of strategy and intention into both her work and everyday life.
