Sudip Roy

Sudip is a Practice Leader at HFS covering F&A and managed services. He is based in London, UK.

Sudip brings almost two decades of experience spanning consulting, technology, and business transformation. He has worked across global systems integrators, like TCS, Infosys and Wipro and independent advisory, helping organisations rethink operating models, Finance & Accounting transformation, managed services and, more recently, the practical adoption of AI. His work has covered financial services, healthcare, the public sector, and professional services, across sourcing, advisory, and delivery leadership roles.

Alongside his client work, Sudip has maintained a strong interest in learning, research and teaching. He holds a master’s degree in supply chain management from the University of Lincoln and has undertaken executive study in Artificial Intelligence and Design Thinking at the University of Oxford. He also lectures occasionally and enjoys translating emerging ideas into practical strategies that organisations can apply.

Outside work, Sudip is a keen golfer, and he volunteers with the county under-14 golf team. He lives in London, with his wife, Antara, and their son, Raunak, who do an excellent job of reminding him that there is life beyond operating models and AI.
