This HFS Research report, supported by Tech Mahindra, is the result of a survey of the GenAI experience among 260 enterprise leaders and a series of exhaustive interviews with senior executives. This research tells us the time to hold back is over.
Every enterprise leader surveyed told us GenAI would be deployed within their IT programs within the next 12-18 months (see Exhibit 1). And its application will be widespread, with 39% saying it will be in more than half of their IT programs in the same timeframe.
The good news is we’ve identified the behavioral differences between Dreamers and Doers, which should help you become a Doer. We’ve also outlined the practical ‘Doer’ behaviors you can adopt to accelerate your GenAI journey and amplify your capabilities.
