• Service providers report an average of 26% growth of Workday HCM services in the last fiscal year. They expect an average growth of 25% for Workday HCM services in the next fiscal year. Most deployments are in North America, followed by Continental Europe and the UK.
• Core HCM is the most commonly deployed Workday HCM module today followed by Talent and Performance, and Payroll (mainly US, but also UK)
• Buyers most often select Workday HCM because it is deemed to be easier to implement than to upgrade the existing on-premise solution, or than selecting an on premise solution.
• Implementation services continue to dominate the Workday HCM services market today, with enterprises focused on achieving fast deployments.
