  • EPAM acquired Enginiety, a commerce technology provider, expanding its capabilities to deliver end-to-end solutions for designing and building sophisticated commerce platforms.
  • Genpact, with the acquisition of Hoodoo Digital, is enhancing Rightpoint’s Adobe capabilities, bolstering its experience business, and helping its clients manage content, commerce, and marketing operations across the enterprise, driving smarter insights and more strategic impact.
  • The acquisition of Starschema by HCL Technologies will enhance its data engineering capabilities and strengthen its footprint in Central and Eastern Europe. With this acquisition, HCL plans to deliver data engineering consulting and near-shore access to digital engineering services to a wide base of clients.
  • With the acquisition of Diversify, an Australian value-added BPM service provider, HGS expands its geographical presence to the Australia and New Zealand region.   • IBM acquired Envizi to expand its growing sustainability practice and help clients create more resilient and sustainable operations and supply chains.

  • SAP acquired working capital management company Taulia, enhancing its offering in the supply chain finance space.
  • Google acquired Siemplify, a security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tool, to bolster its cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Microsoft completed an expensive deal when it acquired Activision Blizzard for $70 billion. This acquisition will accelerate growth in Microsoft’s gaming business across mobile, PC, console, and cloud and will provide building blocks for the metaverse.
