The results from our 2014 State of Outsourcing survey done in conjunction with KPMG are in and they show a marked increase in the importance of innovation based criteria for buyers and advisors of outsourcing surveys. We have now integrated these survey results into our crowd-sourced methodology for our successful HfS Blueprint evaluations and re-set the weighting criteria to account for the rise of Innovation over Execution. The following POV looks at those changed weightings and what that means about how the outsourcing market is changing in 2014-15.
