This document examines the leading IT Services suppliers by revenue, giving HfS view of the Top 25 providers in both the total IT Services and “high value” IT Services.
Over the last few years, we have presented a top 10 IT services supplier list, and this year we are presenting not one, but two top 25 IT services supplier lists. One observation of the overall IT services list, is that it includes some firms that aren’t traditionally thought of as “IT services,” and perhaps don’t really impact the market in spite of their scale.
Arguably, the second list provides a purer look at the higher-value IT Services industry as it excludes the “commodity” product-related support services revenue, instead providing only “higher value” application and infrastructure outsourcing/managed services revenues and professional services.
