1. Horizon 3 Market Leaders include Accenture, Capgemini, EY, HCLTech, Infosys, Publicis Sapient, TCS, and Wipro. Horizon 2 Enterprise Innovators include Coforge, Cognizant, Deloitte, IBM, LTIMindtree, and Virtusa. Horizon 1 Disruptors include Genpact, Hitachi Digital Services, Innova Solutions, Mphasis, PwC, Tech Mahindra, UST, and WNS.
2. HFS identified 8 Horizon 3 Market Leaders among the 22 service providers assessed in the study.
3. AWM reference clients reported that 41% of the value they realize today is Horizon 1 functional digital transformation, while in two years 41% expect enterprise transformation and 34% expect ecosystem-driven growth.

HFS assesses that the Horizon 3 leaders share deep expertise across the AWM value chain, a full-service approach spanning consulting, IT, and operations, and proven co-innovation outcomes with clients and partners around the world.

Research methodology

This 2024 Horizons study evaluated 22 service providers using vendor briefings, reference checks with 33 active clients and 28 active partners, 369 HFS Pulse ratings from AWM enterprises, and voice-of-the-customer interviews with more than 30 global AWM firms.
