"Within 24 months, the consumer relationship gets brokered by somebody else's agent, and the brands that survive that inversion will be the ones that funded the engine while everyone else repainted the storefront. Seventy-one percent of retail, CPG, and travel enterprises intend to be cross-channel or systemic on agentic commerce, up from 15% today." — July 6, 2026
"The next three years of enterprise AI get decided on context, and context is the one asset no vendor can sell you. Fifty-nine percent of Fortune 1000 AI portfolios sit at task level, while 63% of leadership targets workflow or systemic scale within 24 months. That 2.5x gap traces straight back to business logic and decision rules that live in people's heads." — June 29, 2026
"By 2028, the supply chains that win will be measured in replanning latency, and most enterprises are nowhere close. Executives today report roughly six weeks to systemize a tariff response and two to three months to validate a demand trend, while the market moves in hours. They have installed better dashboards on a vehicle that still needs a quarter to change lanes. Agentic AI will keep optimizing inside silos until the operating model is rewired into an interoperable network with a single guardian accountable for the connective thread. " — May 16, 2026
I believe enterprise AI success is much more than a technology story. It will be determined by how leaders will actually make decisions based on probabilistic output, which is why I watch trust as its own curve and why supply chain, retail, and business services all rise or fall on the same question. My bias is toward buyer outcomes over vendor positioning, because Services-as-Software gets won by whoever earns the enterprise's confidence first.
