Senior Advisor
Mike Hobday is a Senior Advisor at HFS Research, where he delivers research projects and consulting engagements and contributes to our Services-as-Software initiatives.
Known for his pragmatic approach to innovation and enterprise change, Mike brings deep expertise across technology-led transformation, AI product development, global scaling, business turnarounds, and strategic exits. He has also led complex P&Ls, enterprise technology programs, and multi-market operations across the US, Europe, China, India, SE Asia, and ANZ.
Mike was previously CEO of AntWorks and a general manager at IBM responsible for AI and automation. He also held executive roles at Atos, PwC, Barclays, and Prudential Insurance.
Outside of work, Mike has a keen interest in the arts and is a member of several organizations that support creativity and innovation.
