We recently released our Supply Chain Management BPO (SCM BPO) Blueprint Report where we observed that the geographical footprint of delivery in SCM BPO has some significant differences versus what see in other more established BPO process markets. With physical ownership and delivery of goods in the supply chain being an important part of SCM BPO we see delivery geography impacted by solution components such as transport, warehousing, inventory ownership, etc. In this paper, we looked at the location attractiveness of 22 countries for SCM BPO both their current share and future potential based on how the Blueprint respondents detailed their current delivery maps.
