The Growing Workday Services Ecosystem

Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management (FM) SaaS applications are growing in popularity.  However, companies must think about sourcing skills and services from a growing Workday ecosystem to maximize the implementation and the operation of the application.
 
Any organization deploying SaaS today should discuss the enterprise’s readiness for cloud and the accompanying inevitable process and culture change resulting from a move from on-premise systems, other cloud point solutions, and legacy manual processes.  Moreover, employees must understand these changes and the value of using the new system for it to be a success.
 
This provides opportunities for traditional IT and BPO service to offer deeper consulting skills, as well as process and change management services to support the Workday products. Importantly, consulting, advice, and support needs to be an on-going service to ensure that the deployment is relevant to changing business objectives.  The Workday services ecosystem is growing as providers develop and expand their offerings to address these growing opportunities.
