This priority should come as no surprise as our modern world is now largely defined by digital engagements, analytically optimized transactions and continuously connected consumers and enterprises. Enterprises are looking for more and better data streams in order to enhance business processes, reduce cost and access not only a greater number but also a more focused and hungry consumer group.
Consumers today expect enterprises to come to them, with new deals, offers and products and services; the days of scouring for deals are now dead.
