The Workday services market is in high growth. When we published the first Workday services blueprint report in 2015, business was largely concentrated in HCM deployments in North America. While this still forms the majority of today’s market, there is increasing interest and demand in Europe and APAC.
There have also been increased implementations of the Workday financial management product in the past year. Workday service providers have been busy investing in skills, talent training and retention programs and service development, including a few significant acquisitions.
