HfS recently completed a Blueprint report on Telecom Operations As-a-Service, examining the solutions of eight service providers. In the course of researching this Blueprint, we were able to look closely at how pervasive the 8 HfS Ideals of As-a-Service are in these solutions today and where we believe this will go over the next several years.
