Service providers should work for a more resilient supply chain
Enterprise leaders have been facing a lot of uncertainty with the supply chain in recent times particularly due to COVID 19. The pandemic has forced the organizations to restructure/ remodel their Supply chain Operations. Thus, supply chains have become more competitive, with a change in the nature of business. COVID-19 showed the vulnerability of global shocks to the supply chain. Accenture has expertise across emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud, and analytics which when combined with the industry knowledge and expertise post-acquisition of firms help with supply chain transformation.
Bottom line: With the disruption in the supply chain due to COVID 19, firms need to realign supply chains operations to thrive in this new reality
Accenture has been active with acquisitions to add up in the current offerings for its new and improved supply chain offerings with innovation to support the clients. While the supply chain has been dealing with massive disruption, an intelligent supply chain can solve the current problem. While companies can’t change to intelligent supply overnight, they need to work towards the same making the supply chain customer-centric, smart, and agile.
