HFS Research held its first in-person event in London in four years on March 23, 2023. It was a dynamic gathering of enterprise and industry leaders combined with the cutting-edge data and insights you expect from HFS. The event theme was Horizons, inspired by our Horizons innovation model.
We leveraged the event to create a journey through the Horizons of innovation, touching on here-and-now Horizon 1 topics such as automation and the journey to the autonomous enterprise. We stared down looming Horizon 2 needs around sustainability and broader ESG concerns. We rounded out the day with a classic BS-buster session evaluating the real Horizon 3 potential and impact of the metaverse. We interwove the Horizons discussions with timely trends analysis, such as the third trigger of change impacting operating models, the reality of today’s hurry-up-and-wait digital dichotomy, and everyone’s problem—talent and employee experience.
