The HFS Horizons: AADA Quadfecta Services for the Generative Enterprise, 2024 report is for enterprise leaders and sourcing executives evaluating service providers that integrate analytics, AI, data platforms, and automation to accelerate their transformation into Generative Enterprises.

Overview

The HFS Horizons: AADA Quadfecta Services for the Generative Enterprise, 2024 report evaluates 27 service providers on their ability to help enterprises integrate analytics, AI, data platforms, and automation, the four converging technologies HFS Research collectively calls the AADA quadfecta. It assesses how well providers combine these pillars across the quadfecta value chain to move clients toward becoming a Generative Enterprise, the HFS term for an organization that uses the converged quadfecta to create entirely new sources of value. HFS concludes that the interplay across the four AADA pillars, rather than any single capability, separates the market leaders.

"HFS Horizons: AADA quadfecta services for the Generative Enterprise 2024." The chart stacks three horizontal Horizon bands, with Horizon 3 at the top, Horizon 2 in the middle, and Horizon 1 at the bottom, and each band lists its service providers alphabetically. The right vertical axis describes value aspiration, rising from digital at Horizon 1 to experience at Horizon 2 to synergy at Horizon 3. The top band, Horizon 3 Market Leaders, contains Accenture, Cognizant, Eviden, EXL, EY, IBM, Infosys, KPMG, TCS, Wipro, and WNS.
