HFS Horizons: High-Tech Services, 2024 is an HFS Research assessment of how well IT service and advisory providers help high-tech companies embrace holistic enterprise transformation and realize value across the high-tech value chain. It evaluates 17 service providers and ranks each into one of three Horizons, judging them on innovation scope and value aspiration. The study spans four high-tech subindustries: semiconductor, software, hardware and networking, and cloud and digital platforms.
