It evaluates 17 service providers and ranks each into one of three Horizons, judging them on innovation scope and value aspiration. The study spans four high-tech subindustries: semiconductor, software, hardware and networking, and cloud and digital platforms.

1. Horizon 3 Market Leaders include Accenture, Capgemini, Encora, HCLTech, Persistent, TCS, and Tech Mahindra. Horizon 2 Enterprise Innovators include Brillio, Cognizant, EPAM, Genpact, Infosys, Virtusa, and Wipro. Horizon 1 Disruptors include EY, Sonata Software, and Sutherland.
2. HFS assessed 17 IT service and advisory providers across the high-tech value chain for this report.
