Six Market Disruptions that will Challenge the Indian Services Majors in the Next 3 to 5 Years

Today's traditional Indian majors are on safe ground for another 2 to 3 years before major disruptive changes come to the provision of services. You just need to look back 5 years to see how quickly the landscape can shift. No "new breed" of service provider on the horizon today is an obvious candidate to offer services that are lower-priced than the Indian firms. However, HfS believes there are a multitude of significant disruptive forces already at play that are going to change this market beyond recognition in the medium to long term.
